CNC Machined Fan Hub Assemblies

These fan hub assemblies were CNC machined for a heavy truck application at tight tolerances of ±0.001". They were cast from ductile iron and later machined using CNC milling plus turning. We also cut threads and drilled holes on them for further assembly / fastening. Tapping and slotting operations were performed on the CNC machined assemblies. After complete assembly, the parts were washed, inspected, and packaged for delivery. These parts were JIT-delivered in compliance with customer requirements. We produced around 54,000 pieces of this assembly annually for the automotive, agriculture, military, and commercial sectors.
