Manufacturing Design & Engineering Services

We provide CAD and CAE services to assist all of our manufacturing processes. Part drawings are accepted in DWG, BMP, GIF, and JPEG file formats. 3d part data can be accepted in most major CAD system formats. Shafts, forgings, valves, housings, and a variety of other products have been designed as well as engineered by us in the past. Rapid prototyping and concept development are our additional capabilities.

As a part of our engineering services, we perform finite element analysis, strain analysis, stress analysis, and surface analysis. We can also assist customers in material selection and application. Engineering services are also provided for all types of machines, engines, and hydraulic components. Typically, our engineering services are utilized by the automotive, power generation, marine, and medical industries.
