Prototype TPE Injection Molded Clean Air Induction Duct for Automotive application

Through injection molding, we manufactured these TPE clean air induction ducts used in high-pressure and high-temperature automotive applications. Our skilled staff created functional prototypes of the clean air ducts from customer supplied CAD data and drawings. After part approval, we produced these injection molded auto duct parts by maintaining tolerances close to 0.010". Mold cavities for the parts were custom built at our in-house mold department. We also assembled the internal components of the clean air ducts, prior to delivery. Using coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), inspection was performed to ensure quality.
