24" Dia Wire Feed Pulley Stainless Steel CNC

We manufactured this wire feed pulley from hardened tool steel using CNC turning and grinding processes. This stainless steel pulley was used in electric power transmission applications. As requested by the customer, we created threads and grooves, as well as drilled holes on it. The pulley was machined based on the customer's CAD prints and 3D models. Through turnkey operations, we were able to deliver this product within 9 weeks.
