A Tier One drive systems manufacturer had a family of similar parts that needed to be manufactured. Each part had varying machining parameters that required specialized fixturing and tooling for machining. This means that the customer needed a manufacturer that could handle machining the various parts to specification in a timely and cost-effective manner. We were confident that Aerostar could handle the task.
We got to work designing a manufacturing platform that could produce the parts at the volume that was required. After producing the fixtures and tooling, Aerostar was able to manufacture the various pieces for the customer to their exact specifications, and they were very happy with the volume of output we were able to achieve.
