Business Development Representative
General Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and overcome objections will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Generate interest and build rapport with potential customers.
- Build relationships with prospects for handoff to Account Managers.
- Effectively communicate product/service value propositions to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies.
- Provide administrative support to Marketing and Sales teams as needed.
- Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
- A positive, energetic, and competitive attitude.
