We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and overcome objections will be key to your success.

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Generate interest and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Build relationships with prospects for handoff to Account Managers.
  • Effectively communicate product/service value propositions to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing and Sales teams as needed.
  • Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing
  • 2+ years in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
  • A positive, energetic, and competitive attitude.
