Engineering Manager
Looking for a dynamic engineering team leader to oversee, motivate and manage our engineering team at our CNC Machining & Assembly Company based in Romulus, Michigan. We are IATF 16949, AS 9100 certified, and serve many industries including automotive, agriculture, heavy truck, power generation, marine, aerospace and hydraulic industries. A successful candidate shall interface with customers and oversee a dozen or so engineers, techs and support staff to ensure the effectiveness of our Engineering systems. Our Engineering team works with our Quality & Plant production departments to ensure capable processes for existing and new launch programs. A successful candidate must have CNC machining experience with at least 5 years in engineering management.
